The Maroochydore Lions are looking for new members to get involved in their humanitarian and fundraising work.

Since 1984, the Club has been involved in fundraising and providing assistance for bushfire and flood appeals, natural disasters such as the Haiti Earthquake and the Tsunami, emergency accommodation centres, schools, palliative care, youth, drug awareness, save sight and diabetes programmes and other medical research programmes.

The Lions meet twice a month at the Waterfront Hotel for social meetings and organise games nights and BBQ’s.
As with many organizations, much of this work is carried out by a small, dedicated group of people and they are seeking new members willing to give up some of their time and energy to join in this worthwhile cause.
