Maroochydore State School turns 100!

The first of September marked 100 years since Maroochydore State School opened at its present site.  I was honoured to be part of the celebrations.  The previous provisional school met in a public hall on the banks of the Maroochy River, with students carrying their desks and chairs to the current site. A big congratulations to all staff, students and families over the years for the journey of education and being part of history.
