We want to keep the Sunshine Coast beautiful and grow local jobs. By delivering our $1.8 billion new public hospital (now under construction) and supporting local business, we can do that.
When I was elected as part of a strong LNP team, we took strong action to fix the mess left by the former Labor government.
We have boosted investment in education and health, roads and public transport. We have increased frontline services with the addition of 49 new police locally on the beat and tough new laws, reducing crime rates and making the Sunshine Coast a safer place to live.
We took disciplined decisions to set the right financial foundations.
The job is not done, but together we will get there – if we stay on track.
