Are you helping a learner driver gain their licence? Ready for the Road: Guiding your Learner from L to P is a free, interactive workshop that will help you:
- understand your role as a supervising driver
- build your learner driver’s confidence and skills
- learn practical coaching techniques
- manage common challenges faced during supervised driving
- access helpful resources and support.
Workshops are hosted by the Road Safety Team from the Department of Transport and Main Roads are delivered in person. The workshops are suitable for parents, carers, family members, mentors and anyone supervising a learner driver. The workshop will arm you with the knowledge and confidence needed to foster a culture of safety behind the wheel, creating a lasting impact on your learners’ journey towards responsible driving.
