Construction of toilets for Mount Coolum National Park visitors is due to start in a weeks time with works anticipated to take about 10 weeks.
These new amenities represent a $425,000 investment in the first Budget of the Crisafulli Government. After many years of advocating for this much-needed project and calling on the former government to deliver, I am incredibly proud that this Government has not only committed the funding, but is getting on with the job.
Mount Coolum National Park is an iconic destination for the Sunshine Coast and for Queensland. These amenities will benefit local residents, visitors and the environment.
