The State Government is urging the property sector and the community to have their say regarding the possible introduction of mandatory continuing professional development (CPD) for real estate agents, real estate sales people, real estate property auctioneer and resident letting agents.
The options include three different levels of CPD commitment per year, including an option the maintain as it currently is with no CPD requirements for property agents.
